TIJ-UNODC PUBLIC FORUM: PEOPLE-CENTRED JUSTICE SOLUTIONS

The TIJ-UNODC Public Forum: People-centred Justice Solutions will be co-organized by the Thailand Institute of Justice and the UNODC on Friday 25th August 2023, 13:30 – 16:30 hrs. BKK Time.
At this special public event, a pledge to advance multi-stakeholder cooperation toward people-centred justice solutions will be discussed.
This TIJ-UNODC Public Forum is also a showcase event of the iCPCJ 2023 programme. A selection of collaborative proposals to advance people-centred crime prevention and criminal justice solutions in Thailand will be presented.
The specific challenges and proposals included:
- Success or Failure? State Policy Tackling Call Center Gangs
- Understanding the Judicial Ecosystem in Caring for Psychiatric Patients: Identifying Possible Ways to Prevent Crimes
- SANRAK Model: Community Power and Comprehensive Innovation to Reduce Recidivism among Drug Offenders
